大会受付会場・交流拠点等

「大会受付」は、大会に参加申し込みいただいた皆様の本人確認をさせていただき、ＡＤカードの発行と大会参加者キット等の受け渡しを行います。

「競技受付」は、競技会に出場するための受付を競技別実施要項で指定された会場で行います。
諸注意の連絡を行う場合もありますので、指定された日時、場所で受付を行ってください。
競技出場者及び競技関係者は「大会受付」と「競技受付」を行っていただく必要があります（サポーターは大会受付のみ）。
大会受付は競技の前日までに参加者ご本人が行ってください。

• 大会受付は、オープニングビレッジ、センタービレッジ、マスターズビレッジ、臨時大会受付会場にて受付します。
  臨時大会受付会場を併設していない競技会場では、大会受付ができませんので、必ず、各ビレッジ等で大会受付を行ってください。大会受付会場によって受付期間・時間が異なりますので詳細はこちらからご確認ください。。
  どの場所で受付を行っていただいても問題ありませんが、予め、大会参加申込時に受付場所をご指定ください。

Registration Reception
The “Registration Reception” will verify the ID of the applicants, issue an AD card and hand over the Participant’s Kit.
Those who will apply should personally register one day before the competition.
Supporters are required to register at the “Registration Reception” only.
